Mindful Nature Photography was one of the most important investments in myself that I have ever made. Sonya showed me how to deeply connect to nature, and that is such a valuable thing.
Put simply - it makes you feel better.
Frankie, Hampshire
I liked the sense of community created within the group, subtly encouraged by you, Sonya. It felt safe to reveal/explore/explain thoughts and feelings.

The course helped me give myself permission to just “be” in nature, and to take my time enjoying my surroundings.
I liked that it was a small group – as an introvert I find larger groups intimidating so this worked well for me.
Cathy, Berkshire
Sonya created the chemistry, and a progressive bond within the group developed that allowed us to talk about personal mental health. I find myself now slowing down and really immersing myself in my surroundings and feeling much calmer and stronger as I go through my day.
