Forest Bathing in Havant - Staunton Country Park
Lots of open grassland, some wildflower meadows and a beautiful lake, all surrounded by some fantastic veteran trees. Staunton Country Park is a listed, Regency landscaped parkland and forest encompassing approximately 1,000 acres (4.0 km2) in Hampshire, England. There is also the house and ornamental farm to explore, should you wish to extend your stay beyond the Forest Bathing experience.

SatNavs should recognise the location. Here is the full address: Staunton Country Park, Petersfield Rd, Havant PO9 5HD. Follow directions to the park, not the farm, but if you get to the farm, you can turn around and head back to the park as shown below.
When you walk into the park from the car park, there is a notice board in front of you. We meet there just before your scheduled start time.
Parking
Ample parking on site, at the time of writing it is £6 for a 4 hour stay. Remember to lock valuables away. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Facilities
There are great facilities at this location including toilets and a fabulous cafe. Remember your mask!
